“There is a divinely inspired potentiality for creative expression within each one of us that the world needs and is awaiting.”

-Eric Butterworth

I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies, with a master’s in counseling and a concentration in somatics. Somatics crossed my path by chance, when I took an undergraduate class titled “Embodiment and Agency.” At the time I didn’t know the meaning of either word or that my life would be profoundly shaped by this experience.

Since then I’ve been on a journey of discovery and have trained in several mind/body modalities, including The Tamura Method, Embodied Relational Sex Therapy, couples therapy, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. Among these, the Tamura Method stands out. This work touches a place in me that longs to be felt. Like a spring, we emerge from this place and flow into our bodies and the world with aliveness, joy, and ease.

I’ve dedicated my life to this work because the impact is undeniable. I’m drawn to working with those who are similarly dedicated, curious, and open to learning and growth.
