I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies, with a master’s in counseling and a concentration in somatics. Somatics crossed my path by chance, when I took an undergraduate class titled “Embodiment and Agency.” At the time I didn’t know the meaning of either word or that my life would be profoundly shaped by this inquiry.

Since then I’ve been on a journey of discovery. I’ve trained in several mind/body modalities, including The Tamura Method, Embodied Relational Sex Therapy, Love Made Simple, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

I’m currently a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and a Somatic Practitioner in Seattle. I offer telehealth sessions to clients living in California and in-person sessions to clients living in Seattle.

Throughout my years of experience I’ve learned there is a place deep inside, waiting to be felt. Like a spring, we emerge from this place and flow into our bodies and the world with aliveness, joy, and ease.

I’d like to meet you here.
