I'm interested in exploring embodiment and connection in a ways that feel authentic and alive. I am personally still learning so much about how to be in honest, loving connections and I bring this open curiosity to my work. I’m here because I believe in the possibility of healing through intimacy and remain committed to being in the spirit of discovering what that means for you.

The practice of opening my heart has been my greatest learning in life. My ongoing work with clients helps me "walk the walk." I like my profession for this reason—I'm constantly asked to reflect and become more aware, to be of better service. This process can be challenging—especially when I'm called to feel into parts of myself that are uncomfortable. It’s easy to hide in these moments; finding the courage to face myself and remain connected is where the real work happens.

My style is experiential—I believe that direct felt experience is the most powerful form of learning. Through our work I’ll encourage you to come back to your felt experience and help guide you in increasing your capacity to feel more of everything. I’m committed to remaining connected to my own felt sense, which I use to guide me in this process.

I imagine a world in which we can be in alignment with ourselves, without compromise, while remaining open-hearted. Through our work I hope to empower others to feel into this way of being with me. I know how hard it is to try new things, and fear can hold us back. If we work together, I’ll encourage you to take risks—to be vulnerable and see what grows from the experience.

Everything is waiting for you
