Ketamine is FDA approved, and can be taken in low, moderate, or high doses. Depending on the dose, and the journeyer, experiences range from a deep sense of embodiment to the dissolution of reality into the transpersonal realm. When awareness opens, and we arrive in present, new ways of sensing, knowing, and connecting naturally emerge.
Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) provides a supportive container to explore life through non-ordinary states of consciousness. Structure creates safety for the journeyer; the safer you feel, the more rich the experience. When fear keeps us stuck, KAT can help create spaciousness for more breath, awareness, and feeling to come alive.
Even with clear intentions, the nature of this work can be unpredictable. That’s why adequate preparation and integration are essential. I partner with licensed physicians and nurse practitioners who provide additional medical preparation and evaluation for my clients. My role is to support you before, during, and after your journey, as you come into deeper contact with yourself and your world.
KAT is a tool that can help perceptions, emotions, and insights rise to the surface with clarity, catalyzing profound growth. It’s also important to remember that it’s not the end-all-be-all. You blossom within a greater context of healing, in which there’s an ongoing commitment to acceptance and transformation.
